Thus, the Ukrainian operators’ subscriber base increased by 30 thousand as compared with May 2008.

The level of nominal penetration of cellular communication decreased by 0.1% in a month from 119.7% to 119.6% of the total population. 

Let us recall that, according to IKS-Consulting, in April 2009, the total subscriber base of cellular operators in Ukraine decreased by 160 thousand or 0.3%, compared with March, to 55.2 million.
