The National Communications Regulation Commission has issued Datagrup telecommunications company (Kyiv) the license for local fixed telephony with a capacity of more than 10 thousand numbers in the territory of Vinnitsa region. This has been stated in the NCRC Resolution No. 1233 dated December 4, 2008

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has included 67.79 % stake in Ukrtelecom in the list of companies whose shares are subject to sales in 2009. This is stated in Decree No. 1517-R of December 3 published on December 8.
