The number of Ukrainian Internet users increased by 14.4 % in September 2008.
09.10.2008
The number of Ukrainian Internet users increased by 14.4 % in September 2008, as contrasted to August, and made 9,585,372 unique users per month.

Analysts explain such substantial increase with the completion of the period of vacations and students' and pupils' holidays.

However, the change in the number of users did not practically affect the statistics in the regions.

According to geographical distribution, Kyiv region is an invariable leader. Its share made 60.02 % out of total audience. In decreasing order come Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkov, Lviv, the Crimea, Zaporizhzhya. Their total share made 29.91 %. The least activity of Internet users is fixed in Zhytomyr (0.18 %), Volyn (0.15 %) and Chernivtsi (0.20 %) regions.  The share of all other regions made 9.53 % users.
