EEBC 2009 exhibition will work from 10 am to 6 pm. Entrance to the exhibition is allowed by invitations and e-tickets. The visitors will have to register at the exhibition. The visitors that registered via Internet will be offered express-registration, the so-called "Green Corridor".
Each registered visitor will get a name badge, the exhibition catalogue, and an issue of Daily newspaper.
To receive an invitation ticket to the exhibition you will need to register at the website or fill in the form directly at the registration desk during the working hours of the exhibition.

The exhibition is held in KyivEkspoPlaza, the largest exhibition center of Ukraine offering all conditions for the work of exhibitors and visitors:
- Convenient entrance and a large free parking for 1 200 cars
- Convenient conditions for unloading and mounting
- Permanent equipped conference halls
- Permanent restaurant and café in the pavilion during the exhibition.
TRANSPORTATION
Visitors can get to KyivEkspoPlaza exhibition center during the work of the exhibition by a special express bus leaving from Nyvky metro station at least every 15 minutes (the trip will take only 4 minutes).
